In 2011, with a bumper crop of jalapenos in our garden and not knowing what to do with them,  we were introduced to jalapeno pepper jam by a dear family friend. It was love at first bite and we began handcrafting our own jalapeno jam and found, to our delight, that when given as a gift to neighbors and family they repeatedly asked for more.
By the end of 2012 we had tweaked our recipe and were selling at local Christmas and holiday craft fairs. The beginning of 2013 saw us selling our jam at local farms and larger festivals. We became fully licensed in 2016 and the expanding love of our jam has now carried us into over 40 retail stores throughout Connecticut, central Massachusetts and the lower Hudson valley in NY as well as an established presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Amazon handcrafted.
From the very beginning we made a conscious decision to use only quality ingredients and grow a business where our family personally manufactures and distributes all of our products. Each jar is carefully hand crafted and inspected before being offered for sale. We use NO artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives. Every jar is gluten Free, fat free, Nut Free, Soy free and vegan.
Just as we fell in love with this unique jam it is our hope that you will too.
